At MobileMotive, we understand the consumer’s pain and the needs of our clients

We started MobileMotive after leaving successful careers in marketing and law. Whether it’s car repairs or iPhones that fail or become damaged, we’ve felt the pain of these expensive mishaps and bad luck. We've seen the need firsthand for extended coverage for products that consumers have become so attached to and dependent upon. We take great pride in providing first-class customer service and attention to our clients. We will work to make your program a success for your business and your customers.

EXECUTIVE TEAM

Tim Grasser - President

Tim left his position as a successful corporate attorney at a highly regarded international law firm to launch MobileMotive. As an attorney, Tim represented clients, ranging from fortune 100 companies to smaller privately held companies, in both corporate transactions and litigation disputes. Prior to that, Tim worked as a consultant for IBM, implementing data storage solutions for clients like PepsiCo and Sprint. Tim brings this diverse background to his role at MobileMotive, where he is responsible for the company’s operations and strategic direction.

Tim earned a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the editorial board of the Law Review. Tim also earned two bachelor’s degrees with honors from Rockhurst University in finance/economics and computer information systems.

Scott Thompson - Executive Vice President

After a long and successful career representing clients as a commercial real estate broker, Scott left to launch MobileMotive. As a broker, Scott’s success was fueled by a proven ability to skillfully guide his clients towards the best solution by understanding their specific needs, goals and unique industry requirements. Scott brings this track record of sales success to his role in leading the sales organization and business development efforts at MobileMotive.

Scott is a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, a Certified Commercial Investment Member, and a licensed insurance agent in the state of Kansas. He is also a community leader and currently sits on the advisory board of Allen Bank & Trust and the Down Syndrome Guild of Greater Kansas City. Scott earned a bachelor’s degree from Rockhurst University in political science.
